If required by Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act, the Trustee shall, within 60 days after the date hereof, and no later than the anniversary date hereof in each succeeding year, deliver to Noteholders a brief report, dated as of each such date which complies with the provisions of such Section 313(a).
