REPORTS BY TRUSTEE AND COMPANY. Not later than November 1 in each year, commencing November 1, 1996, the Trustee shall transmit to the Holders and the Commission a report, dated as of the next preceding September 15, with respect to any events and other matters described in Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act, in such manner and to the extent required by the Trust Indenture Act.
