LISTS OF HOLDERS; REPORTS BY TRUSTEE AND COMPANY. SECTION 12.01 Lists of Holders. Semiannually, not later than June 30 and December 31 in each year, commencing December 31, 2006, and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, the Company shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee information as to the names and addresses of the Holders as of a date no more than fifteen (15) days prior to the date such information is so furnished, and the Trustee shall preserve such information and similar information received by it in any other capacity and afford to the Holders access to information so preserved by it, all to such extent, if any, and in such manner as shall be required by the Trust Indenture Act; provided, however, that no such list need be furnished so long as the Trustee shall be the Security Registrar.
