(a) Not later than Within 60 days following after June 15 of each May year commencing June 15, 2022, the Trustee shall transmit to Holders such reports concerning the Trustee and its actions under this Indenture as may be to the extent required pursuant to the Trust Indenture Act at the times and in the manner provided pursuant thereto.

(a) Not later than Within 60 days following after June 15 of each May year commencing June 15, 2009, the Trustee shall transmit to Holders such reports concerning the Trustee and its actions under this Indenture as may be to the extent required pursuant to the Trust Indenture Act at the times and in the manner provided pursuant thereto.

(a) Not later than Within 60 days following after each May 15, beginning with May 15, 2007, the Trustee shall transmit to the Holders such reports concerning the Trustee and its actions under this Indenture as may be required pursuant to the Trust Indenture Act at the times and Section 313(a)(2)-(8) (assuming it were applicable) in the manner provided pursuant thereto, and such other reports as may be required under such Act (assuming it were applicable) in the manner and at the times provided pursuant thereto.
