Common use of Reports by Trustee Clause in Contracts

Reports by Trustee. Within 60 days after May 15 of each year commencing with the first full year following the issuance of the Certificates, the Trustee shall transmit to the Certificateholders, as provided in Section 313(c) of the Trust Indenture Act, a brief report dated as of such May 15, if required by Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act.
