Reports; Monitoring. (i) On each Business Day, Disbursement Agent shall provide to Buyer a reconciliation report with respect to all cash activity in each Transaction Account. Additionally, upon request Disbursement Agent shall provide to Seller a reconciliation report with respect to all cash activity on the Wire-out Account and the Settlement Account.
