REPORTS OF ABUSE AND NEGLECT. (a) Contractor must report any allegation of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of persons served under this Agreement in accordance applicable law, including federal and state laws, HHSC rules, rules of the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services, and rules of the Texas Department of Health, and Agency policies and procedures.
