Reports Of Improper Use Or Disclosure. BUSINESS ASSOCIATE hereby agrees that it shall report to COVERED ENTITY [within a reasonable period of time after discovery/within two (2) days of discovery] of any use or disclosure of Information not provided for or allowed by this Contract.
