Reports on Portfolio Transactions. The Subadviser shall provide to the Adviser and the Board such reports in respect to the placement of portfolio transactions, for the Portfolios as the Adviser or the Board may reasonably request and, upon such request, will provide the Adviser and the Board with its policies and practices with respect to "soft dollar" transactions and aggregate trading.
