Common use of Reports; Payment of Royalty Clause in Contracts

Reports; Payment of Royalty. During the Term, beginning with the Calendar Quarter during which the earlier to occur of First Re-Registration Date of a Lilly Product or First Commercial Sale of a Companion Diagnostic by Lxxxx, an Affiliate thereof, or a sublicensee or licensee of either of the foregoing occurs, Lxxxx shall furnish to Telix a quarterly written report for each Calendar Quarter showing the Lilly Net Sales of Lilly Products and Companion Diagnostics subject to royalty payments hereunder, broken down between Lilly, its Affiliates, and any licensees or sublicensees of either of the foregoing during the reporting period.
