Reports Records. The SERVICE PROVIDER shall, from time to time, maintain at each job site (in addition to any records or registers required to be maintained by the SERVICE PROVIDER under any law, rule or regulation having the force of law) such records and registers as the IIMC Authorized Person may require the SERVICE PROVIDER to keep and / or maintain from time to time. The SERVICE PROVIDER shall daily or otherwise as may be prescribed by the IIMC Authorized Person, submit to the IIMC Authorized Person, a Progress Report of all work done and / or progress achieved by the SERVICE PROVIDER at the job site.
Reports Records. A. Vendor will maintain such books, records, and accounts as United reasonably requires relating to the Services provided by Vendor under this Agreement. Vendor also will maintain a complete record of all daily employee sign-in registers listing each employee by name, date, and hours worked for all employees and hours for which United is billed under this Agreement. Each sign-in register will be acknowledged and verified by a Vendor supervisor. On a regular basis as specified by United's designated manager, Vendor will provide to United a complete copy of all such daily registers.
Reports Records. During the term of this Agreement after First Commercial Sale of the first Product, Daewoong shall furnish or cause to be furnished to Ampio within thirty (30) days after the end of each calendar quarter (each a “Reporting Period”) a written report or reports (the “Sales Report”) covering the applicable Reporting Period and containing the following information:
(a) the Net Sales of Products in the Territory during the Reporting Period;
(b) the royalties, payable in U.S. Dollars, which shall have accrued hereunder in respect to such Net Sales;
(c) withholding taxes, if any, required by Law to be deducted in respect of such royalties; and
(d) the exchange rates used in determining the amount of U.S. Dollars.
Reports Records. During the term of this agreement, the Village of Grafton Building Inspection Department shall:
a. Maintain separate files for Village of Saukville applications and permits, containing the information specified in Section 1.d. above, which will be turned over to the Village of Saukville once the final occupancy permit is issued.
b. Provide the Village of Saukville a computer program report of services rendered as of the end of the month including a list of inspections made, permits issued and fees collected.
c. Provide reports, documents, and files relating to building inspection to the Village of Saukville Administrator as may be requested from time to time.
d. Answer/respond to requests for open records made pursuant to Chapter 19 of the Wisconsin Statutes in coordination with the Village of Saukville Clerk's request for building inspection records.
Reports Records. Further, each Provider shall furnish to Company and the other Provider the reports, if any, specified in Exhibit B and Exhibit C and such other reports as may be specified in any Work Order. Each Provider shall retain reasonable records pertaining to the Services for a period of not less than five (5) years from the time period to which such records relate, and provide Company access to such records upon request.

7.1 The Operator shall before the 10th day [note: this may be adjusted together with the date in Clause 4.2 above to suit project needs] after the first month from the commencement of Works and each month thereafter submit to the Government a monthly progress report which shall cover the progress and financial position of the project in the preceding month. Slippage to the programme, if any, together with the causes and the mitigation measures should be reflected in the progress reports. The monthly progress reports should also include up-to-date status of the spending, and variation orders and claims from the contractor(s) of the project. At half-yearly intervals or otherwise required by the Government, the monthly progress report should also include a cashflow forecast of the project, the actual timing of the forecasts to be confirmed by the Government. 7.2 The Operator shall, within the time frames specified below or such later date as may be agreed with the Government’s Representative, submit to the Government in respect of all the Units (*built / converted from the existing building(s)) and all the Works completed: [*delete as appropriate]
(a) within four (4) months after issuance of the occupation permit under the Ordinance (OP), or the completion date of works if OP is not required – a final works report containing (i) an overview of the Project; (ii) copy of any as-built record plans and certificate of the completion of the Works submitted by the Operator to the Buildings Department; and (iii) copy of the OP; and
(b) within six months after the expiry of the defects liability period of the works – an Audited Final Statement of Account which shall include balance sheet, Grant disbursement statement, cash flow statement, accounting policies and explanatory notes; and which shall indicate the balance (if any) and deployment of the Grant. (The Operator should also take note of its duty to submit a draft final project account within four months after the expiry of the defect liability period of the Works as detailed in the Guidelines for Delivery of Projects referred to in section 3.1(g) above.)
7.3 The Operator shall keep all financial statements and records (including invoices and receipts) relating to the Project for seven (7) years after the expiry of the Term and shall at all reasonable times give the Government unhindered access to such financial statements and records. Reports Records. The Company and those to whom the Company has delegated duties under the Agreement shall keep records of all their Proceedings and actions and shall maintain books of account, records, and other data as shall be necessary for the proper administration of the Agreement and for compliance with applicable law. Such reports and records shall include the information necessary to provide Employee with an annual statement as described in Section 4.1.1.
Reports Records. Through the JDCC, Acologix agrees to keep Toray reasonably informed regarding its Development and Commercialization activities with respect to Products in North America, including by providing the JDCC with reports regarding such ongoing activities within [***] following the end of the second and fourth quarter of each calendar year. In addition, Acologix shall maintain reasonably detailed English language records of its Development and Commercialization activities with respect to Products in North America. Upon reasonable request of Toray, Acologix agrees to allow Toray access to such records during normal business hours, upon reasonable advance notice and subject to appropriate confidentiality agreement in the event that Third Party confidential information is involved.

Vendor will maintain records documenting "dangerous goods" employee training. Vendor also will maintain a complete record of all daily employee sign-in registers listing each employee by name, date, and hours worked for all employees and hours for which United is billed under this Agreement. Each sign-in register will be acknowledged and verified by a Vendor supervisor. On a regular basis as specified by United's designated manager, Vendor will provide to United a complete copy of all such daily registers. All training records are the property of United Airlines and shall remain on United Airlines' property.
Reports Records. Through the JDCC, Acologix agrees to keep Toray reasonably informed regarding its Development and Commercialization activities with respect to Injection Products in Europe, including by providing the JDCC with a report regarding such ongoing activities within [***] following the end of the second and fourth quarter of each calendar year. In addition, Acologix shall maintain reasonably detailed English language records of its Commercialization activities with respect to Injection Products in Europe. Upon reasonable request of Toray, Acologix agrees to allow Toray access to such records during normal business hours, upon reasonable advance notice and subject to appropriate confidentiality agreement in the event that Third Party confidential information is involved.
