REPORTS, RECORDS AND AUDITS. (a) Thirty (30) days after the end of each calendar quarter, commencing with the first calendar quarter commencing after the Effective Date, CAT shall deliver to XOMA a written report which shall specify the name, address and contact person for each and every CAT Collaborator and any person or entity receiving Licensed Antibody Phage Display Materials or a Licensed Immunoglobulin (other than persons or entities engaged solely in academic, non-commercial activity or who are merely evaluating CAT’s technology and who subsequently do not enter into any written arrangement).
