Common use of Reports Required Pursuant to the Indenture Clause in Contracts

Reports Required Pursuant to the Indenture. The Manager, on behalf of the Master Issuer, will furnish, or cause to be furnished, to the Trustee and the Control Party all reports, instructions and notices required to be delivered by any Securitization Entity pursuant to Section 4.1 of the Indenture.

Reports Required Pursuant to the Indenture. The Manager, on behalf of the Master Issuer, will furnish, or cause to be furnished, to the Trustee Trustee, the Servicer, the Back-Up Manager and the Control Party each Paying Agent, as applicable, all reports, instructions and notices reports required to be delivered by any Securitization Entity to such Persons pursuant to Section 4.1 of the Base Indenture.

The Manager, on behalf of the Master Issuer, will furnish, or cause to be furnished, to the Trustee and Trustee, the Control Party and such other parties as expressly required under Section 4.1 of the Base Indenture, all reports, instructions and notices required to be delivered by the Manager on behalf of any Securitization Entity pursuant to Section 4.1 of the Base Indenture.

The Manager, on behalf of the Master Issuer, will shall furnish, or cause to be furnished, to the Trustee and each recipient party specified in Article IV of the Control Party Indenture, all reports, instructions reports and notices required to be delivered to the Trustee and such recipient parties by any Securitization Entity the Issuer pursuant to Section 4.1 the Indenture (including pursuant to Article IV of the Base Indenture) or any other Transaction Document.
