Reports Required Pursuant to the Indenture. The Manager, on behalf of each of the Service Recipients, shall furnish, or cause to be furnished, to the Trustee, all reports and notices required to be delivered to the Trustee by any Service Recipient pursuant to the Indenture (including pursuant to Article IV of the Base Indenture) or any other Transaction Document.
