Reports by the Guarantee Trustee Not later than July 15 of each year, commencing July 15, 1997, the Guarantee Trustee shall provide to the Holders such reports as are required by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act, if any, in the form and in the manner provided by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act.
