Reports to Debt Holders. Promptly after the furnishing thereof, copies of any statement or report furnished to any holder of debt securities of the Borrower or of any of its Subsidiaries pursuant to the terms of any indenture, loan or credit or similar agreement and not otherwise required to be furnished to the Lenders pursuant to any other subsection of this Section 5.01.
Reports to Debt Holders. Promptly after the furnishing thereof, each Loan Party shall, and shall cause its Subsidiaries to, deliver copies of any statement or report furnished to any holder of debt securities of any member of the Consolidated Group pursuant to the terms of any indenture, loan or credit or similar agreement and not otherwise required to be furnished to the Lenders pursuant to Section 6.01 or any other clause of this Section 6.02.
