Common use of Reports to Governmental Agencies Clause in Contracts

Reports to Governmental Agencies. As soon as practicable, and in event within ten (10) days after the filing thereof, the Borrower shall furnish to the Agent and each of the Banks a copy of its Form 10-K and 10-Q reports, each proxy statement, each registration statement and all other reports which the Borrower is or may be required to file with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission or any State Securities Commission.

Upon the written request of the Bank, the Borrower will promptly deliver to the Bank copies of all such other financial reports, statements and returns which the Borrower has filed with any other federal or state department, commission, board, bureau, agency or instrumentality.
