REPORTS TO NOTEHOLDERS AND THE RATING AGENCIES. (a) The Indenture Trustee at its own expense shall provide to each Noteholder a copy of each Distribution Date Statement described in Section 3.09(a) concurrently with the delivery of the statement described in Section 4.05 below.
