Common use of Reports to Securityholders and Rating Agencies Clause in Contracts

Reports to Securityholders and Rating Agencies. The Owner Trustee shall send a copy of each Officer's Certificate delivered pursuant to Section 4.11 and each report of independent accountants delivered pursuant to Section 4.12 to the Rating Agencies within five days of its receipt thereof from the Servicer or accountants. A copy of any such Officer's Certificate or accountants report may be obtained by any Certificateholder, Noteholder or Note Owner by a request in writing to the Owner Trustee addressed as set forth in Section 10.03 hereof. Upon the telephone request of the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee will promptly furnish the Owner Trustee a list of Noteholders as of the date specified by the Owner Trustee.

A copy of any such Officer's Certificate ’s Certificate, assessment of compliance or accountants report accountant’s attestation may be obtained by any Certificateholder, Noteholder or Note Owner by a request in writing to the Owner Trustee addressed as set forth in Section 10.03 hereof. Upon the telephone request of the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee will promptly furnish the Owner Trustee a list of Noteholders as of the date specified by the Owner Trustee.
