Common use of Reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission Clause in Contracts

Reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission. The ------------------------------------------------- Trustee shall, on behalf of the Trust, cause to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission any periodic reports required to be filed under the provisions of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission thereunder. Upon the request of the Trustee, each of the Sponsor, the Master Servicer, the Depositor and the Transferor shall cooperate with the Trustee in the preparation of any such report and shall provide to the Trustee in a timely manner all such information or documentation as the Trustee may reasonably request in connection with the performance of its duties and obligations under this Section.

Upon the request of the TrusteeTrust Administrator, each of the Sponsor, the Master Servicer, the Depositor Depositor, the Trustee and the Transferor Certificate Insurer shall cooperate with the Trustee Trust Administrator in the preparation of any such report and shall provide to the Trustee Trust Administrator in a timely manner all such information or documentation as the Trustee Trust Administrator may reasonably request in connection with the performance of its duties and obligations under this Section.

Upon the request of the TrusteeSecurities Administrator, each of the Sponsor, the Master Servicer, the Depositor Seller and the Transferor Servicer shall cooperate with the Trustee Securities Administrator in the preparation of any such report and shall provide to the Trustee Securities Administrator in a timely manner all such information or documentation as the Trustee Securities Administrator may reasonably request in connection with the performance of its duties and obligations under this SectionSection 3.13.
