Reports to Vermont Agency of Education. If a hazing, harassment, and/or bullying complaint is made in an independent school about conduct by a licensed educator that might be grounds under Vermont law for licensing action, the principal will report the alleged conduct to the Superintendent who in turn will report it to the Secretary of Education.
