Representation and Warranties in the Purchase Agreement. Aquis restates herein the representations and warranties made to Alert in the Purchase Agreement as if set forth in full herein, except to the extent already set forth herein in Sections 5 or 7 of this Agreement. Each of the representations and warranties of Aquis herein, and those representations and warranties made by Aquis in the Purchase Agreement, are made in this Agreement as of the Execution Date and again as of the Management Date.
