Representation by Attorney. Executive acknowledges that Executive has carefully read this Agreement; that Executive understands its final and binding effect; that Executive has been advised to consult with an attorney; that Executive has been given the opportunity to be represented by independent counsel in reviewing and executing this Agreement and that Executive has either chosen to be represented by counsel or has voluntarily declined such representation; and that Executive understands the provisions of this Agreement and knowingly and voluntarily agrees to be bound by them.
Representation by Attorney. EMPLOYEE acknowledges that he/she has been given the opportunity to be represented by independent counsel in reviewing this Release, whether at the time of execution or in conjunction with execution of his/her Employment Agreement, and that EMPLOYEE understands the provisions of this Release and knowingly and voluntarily agrees to be bound by them.

Representation by Attorney. The School shall be represented by an attorney during the negotiation of the proposed ESP Contract. Upon submission of the ESP contract for review by the Commission it shall be accompanied by a letter from a licensed attorney representing the School stating that the Management Contract meets the attorney’s approval. Such attorney may not represent or be retained by the Management Provider.
Representation by Attorney. Each party to this Agreement has either: (a) been represented by an attorney of their choice in connection with the negotiation and execution of this Agreement; or (b) declined to be so represented by an attorney after having a reasonable opportunity to secure such representation.
Representation by Attorney. GUARANTOR ACKNOWLEDGES THAT GUARANTOR HAS BEEN AFFORDED THE OPPORTUNITY TO READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY AND TO REVIEW IT WITH AN ATTORNEY OF GUARANTOR’S CHOICE BEFORE SIGNING IT. GUARANTOR ACKNOWLEDGES HAVING READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE MEANING AND EFFECT OF THIS DOCUMENT BEFORE SIGNING IT.
Representation by Attorney. EMPLOYEE acknowledges that he has been given the opportunity to be represented by independent counsel in reviewing this Agreement, and that EMPLOYEE understands the provisions of this Agreement and knowingly and voluntarily agrees to be bound by them.
Representation by Attorney. A. The City Attorney for the City of Xxxxxx will represent any police officer sued for actions occurring within the officer's scope of employment with the City, unless legal or personal conflict exists. In any such case in which the City Attorney does not represent the officer, the Xxxxxx City Council, with the advice of the City Attorney, will select the attorney to represent the officer in such action. In addition the officer may retain an attorney to represent the officer at the officer's own expense, said expense not being reimbursable by the City under any circumstances.
Representation by Attorney. If URW NV is represented by an attorney or attorneys in connection with the signing and/or execution and/or delivery of this Agreement or any agreement or document referred to herein or made pursuant hereto and the relevant power or powers of attorney is or are expressed to be governed by the laws of The Netherlands, it is hereby expressly acknowledged and accepted by the other parties hereto that Netherlands law shall govern the existence and extent of such attorney’s or attorneys’ authority and the effects of the exercise thereof. If Rodamco Sverige is represented by an attorney or attorneys in connection with the signing and/or execution and/or delivery of this Agreement or any agreement or document referred to herein or made pursuant hereto and the relevant power or powers of attorney is or are expressed to be governed by the laws of Sweden, it is hereby expressly acknowledged and accepted by the other parties hereto that Swedish law shall govern the existence and extent of such attorney’s or attorneys’ authority and the effects of the exercise thereof.
