Representation by Attorney. The School shall be represented by an attorney during the negotiation of the proposed ESP Contract. Upon submission of the ESP contract for review by the Commission it shall be accompanied by a letter from a licensed attorney representing the School stating that the Management Contract meets the attorney’s approval. Such attorney may not represent or be retained by the Management Provider.
