Representation Elections. The Administration recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for the members of the bargaining unit until such time as the Association is decertified or replaced by means of a representation election, as provided by O.R.C. 4117.
Representation Elections. An organization seeking to challenge the Association as the sole and exclusive negotiating agent shall be required to do so in accordance with the provisions of law.
