Common use of Representation of Employer and Union Clause in Contracts

Representation of Employer and Union. No individual employee or group of employees shall undertake to represent the Union at meetings with the University without proper authorization of the Union. In order that this may be carried out, the Union will supply the University with the names of its officers. The University will supply the Union with a list of its current committee members with whom the Union may be required to transact business.
