Representation of the Logo. Licensor, at its sole discretion, shall determine the way in which the Logo may be represented, as provided further in Paragraph E.2.a below. In the event that Licensor determines that any representation of the Logo does not meet the terms of Paragraph E.2, or is otherwise unsuitable, Licensee agrees to immediately terminate such use.
