Common use of Representation of Title Clause in Contracts

Representation of Title. Grantor hereby agrees that, from and after the date hereof, Grantor will not allow any change in the condition of the Property to occur, other than those contemplated hereby, and will not, without in each instance first obtaining the written consent of the Grantee grant, create, assume or permit to exist any lien, lease, encumbrance, easement, covenant, condition, or restriction on or otherwise affecting the Property that will not be fully discharged, released, or terminated at or prior to Closing and shall not otherwise take any action adversely affecting the title to the Property as it exists on the date of this Agreement.
