Representations and Warranties as to Each Receivable. The Servicer hereby makes the following representations and warranties as to each Receivable on which Trustee shall rely in accepting the Trust Property in trust and authenticating the Certificates. Unless otherwise indicated, such representations and warranties shall speak as of the Closing Date, but shall survive the sale, transfer and assignment of the Receivables and the other Trust Property to the Trust.
