Common use of Representations and Warranties at Closing Clause in Contracts

Representations and Warranties at Closing. On the Closing Date, all of the representations and warranties of CORE contained in this Agreement will be true and correct in all material respects at and as of the Closing Date with the same force and effect as though made at and as of the Closing Date, except for changes contemplated or permitted by this Agreement.
