Representations and Warranties at Closing. Except as expressly herein otherwise provided or contemplated, the representations and warranties of Micronetics as set forth in this Agreement shall be true on and as of the Closing Date as though such representations and warranties were made on and as of such date and all such representations and warranties shall survive the Closing.
