Representations and Warranties Concerning the Purchased Assets. Seller represents and warrants that the following are true with respect to the Purchased Leases or the other Purchased Assets, as applicable, as of the related Purchase Date (it being understood that the representations and warranties made as of each Purchase Date only apply to the Purchased Leases or the other Purchased Assets, as applicable, purchased on such Purchase Date). Each representation and warranty is made to induce Buyer to purchase the Purchased Assets pursuant to this Agreement and the related Assignment.
