REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ALEXANDER. Except as set forth in the Alexander Disclosure Schedule, Alexander, represents and warrants to Lattice that all of the statements contained in this Article II are true and correct as of the date of this Agreement, or if made as of a specified date, as of such date. Each disclosure set forth in the Alexander Disclosure Schedule is identified by reference to, or has been grouped under a heading referring to, a specific individual section of this Agreement for convenience of reference only, and shall be deemed a qualification or exception to such section and any other section of the Alexander Disclosure Schedule to which its applicability is reasonably apparent on the face of such disclosure regardless of whether or not such other section is specifically referenced.
