Representations and Warranties of Bond and BPZ. Except as set forth in the disclosure schedule delivered by Bond to Navidec prior to the execution of this Agreement (the "Bond Disclosure Schedule") (each section of which qualifies the correspondingly numbered representation or warranty or covenant and any other representation or warranty, if the disclosure set forth in the Bond Disclosure Schedule is readily applicable to such other representations or warranty), Bond and BPZ represent and warrant to Navidec as follows:
