Representations and Warranties of Excellon. (a) Except to the extent qualified as set forth in the correspondingly numbered paragraph of the Excellon Disclosure Letter, Excellon represents and warrants to Xxxx as set forth in Schedule "B" and acknowledges and agrees that Xxxx is relying upon such representations and warranties in connection with the entering into of this Agreement.
