Such representations are made as of the execution and delivery of this Agreement, as of each Conveyance Date and at such other times specified below or specified in the Schedule of Representations, but shall survive the Conveyance hereunder of the Receivables and the Other Conveyed Property related thereto and the grant of a security interest therein to the Agent for the benefit of the Lender under the RLSA.
