REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF LINKAGE AND THE KEY
LINKAGE SHAREHOLDERS. Except as set forth in the disclosure schedule provided to AsiaInfo on the date hereof (the “Linkage Disclosure Schedule”), the section numbers and letters of which correspond to the section numbers and letters of this Agreement and the contents of which shall be read together with the representations and warranties set forth in this Article, Linkage and each Key Linkage Shareholder (collectively, the “Linkage Parties”), jointly and severally, represents and warrants to AsiaInfo as of the date of this Agreement and as of the Closing Date (except for such representations and warranties that speak as of a particular date, in which case such representations and warranties shall be made as of such date) as follows:
