Common use of REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF MIOA Clause in Contracts

REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF MIOA. All representations and warranties made by MIOA in this Agreement and the Schedules hereto shall be true and correct in all material respects on the date hereof, and shall be true and correct in all material respects at the time of the Closing as though such representations were again made, without exception or deviation, at the time of the Closing.

REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF MIOA. All representations and warranties made by MIOA in this Agreement and the Schedules hereto shall be true and correct in all material respects on the date hereof, and shall be true and correct in all material respects at the time of the Closing Effective Date as though such representations were again made, without exception or deviation, at the time of the ClosingEffective Date.
