REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF PCC AND PCB. Subject to Section 3 and except as Previously Disclosed in a paragraph of the PCC Disclosure Schedule corresponding to the relevant paragraph below or in any other paragraph of PCC’s Disclosure Schedule (so long as it is reasonably clear on the face of such disclosure that the disclosure in such other paragraph of the PCC Disclosure Schedule is also applicable to the section of the Agreement in question), each of PCC and PCB represents and warrants to Foundation Bancorp as follows:
