REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF STEAG. STEAG represents and warrants to Xxxxxxx as follows, except as disclosed in a document of even date herewith and delivered by STEAG to Xxxxxxx referring to the representations and warranties in this Agreement (the "STEAG Disclosure Schedule"). (The STEAG Disclosure Schedule will be arranged in paragraphs corresponding to the numbered and lettered paragraphs contained in this Article III, and the disclosure in any such numbered and lettered section of the STEAG Disclosure Schedule shall qualify only the corresponding section in this Article III, except to the extent disclosure in any numbered and lettered section of the STEAG Disclosure Schedule is specifically cross-referenced in another numbered and lettered section of the STEAG Disclosure Schedule.)
