REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF THE MIL PARTIES. To induce Telcom and WVA to enter into and perform this Agreement, the MIL Parties represent and warrant to Telcom and WVA (which representations and warranties shall survive the Closing as provided in Section 8.5) all as follows in this Article III. The contents of any particular Schedule to this Article III shall not be deemed included in any other Schedule unless specifically cross-referenced to that Schedule.
