REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF THE PARTICIPATING HOLDERS. Except as otherwise provided in this Article 4, each Participating Holder (on an individual, several basis solely with respect to itself), hereby represents and warrants to the Company that:
REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF THE PARTICIPATING HOLDERS. Each of the Participating Holders represents and warrants, severally and not jointly, as to itself only (and not on behalf of any beneficial owner of the Notes unless such Participating Holder is a beneficial owner of Notes (and then only to the extent that it is a beneficial owner of Notes)), to each of the other signatories to this Agreement, that, as of the date hereof:
