Representations and Warranties of the Sellers and Clarity Sellers. Except as set forth in the Disclosure Schedule attached as Exhibit B to this Agreement (the “Disclosure Schedule”), (i) each Seller severally, but not jointly, represents and warrants to Merger Sub as to him, her, or itself as follows and (ii) solely with respect to Clarity Labs and not with respect to any other Company Party, each Clarity Seller, severally, but not jointly, represents and warrants to Merger Sub as to him or her as follows:
