Examples of Company Party in a sentence
Company and Company Parties will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages (including but not limited to damages for lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or informa tion, and the like) in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement or the Services provided hereunder, regardless of whether Company or any Company Party has been advised of such damages or their possibility.
As of the Separation Date, Employee will cease to have any further employment relationship with the Company or any other Company Party.
