The Executive acknowledges and agrees that no Company Party representative has made any representation to or agreement with the Executive relating to this Release which is not contained in the express terms of this Release.
The Executive understands that this Release includes a full and final release covering all known and unknown, injuries, debts, claims or damages which have arisen or may have arisen from Executive’s employment by or the termination of such employment by any Company Party.
Nothing contained in this Agreement will be deemed or construed as an admission of wrongdoing or liability on the part of the Company or any other Company Party or the Executive.
The Parties acknowledge and agree that Employee’s employment with the Company ended as of the Separation Date and that, as of the Separation Date, Employee was no longer employed by any Company Party.
