Representations and Warranties of the Sky Parties. Each of the Sky Parties represents and warrants to each DTV Party as of the date hereof and as of the Closing (except to the extent any representation or warranty is made as of a specified date, in which case such representation or warranty shall be made as of such date), as follows (provided that, with respect to any representation or warranty contained in this Article 3 that relates to the Sky Parties (or their respective Affiliates), each Sky Party represents and warrants solely as to itself (and, as applicable, its Affiliates), and makes no representation or warranty with respect to, or on behalf of, any other Sky Party or Affiliates thereof, and provided further that neither Sky Party makes any representation or warranty with respect to Liberty or any Affiliate thereof).
