Representations and Warranties of Unitron Shareholders. The representations and warranties of the Unitron Shareholders set forth in Section 6.1 shall be true and correct in all material respects on and as of the Closing Date as though such representations and warranties had been made on and as of the Closing Date.
Representations and Warranties of Unitron Shareholders. Each of the Unitron Shareholders hereby individually, for himself only and not for any of the other Unitron Shareholders, represents and warrants to Sabratek that the following statements are true and complete as of the Effective Date and will be correct and complete as of the Closing Date (as though made then and as though the Closing Date were substituted for the date of this Agreement throughout this Section):
