REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF USA WASTE AND MERGERCO. USA Waste and Mergerco each represent and warrant to AWS that, except as set forth in the disclosure schedule dated as of the date hereof and signed by an authorized officer of USA Waste (the "USA Waste Disclosure Schedule"), it being agreed that disclosure of any item on the USA Waste Disclosure Schedule shall be deemed to be with respect to all Sections of this Agreement if the relevance of such item is reasonably apparent from the face of the USA Waste Disclosure Schedule:
