REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF WEST PAC. West Pac represents and warrants to Frontier that the statements contained in this Article III are true and correct, except as set forth in the disclosure schedule delivered by West Pac to Frontier concurrently herewith and identified as the "WEST PAC DISCLOSURE SCHEDULE." All exceptions noted in the West Pac Disclosure Schedule are numbered to correspond to the applicable Sections to which such exception refers; provided, however, that any disclosure set forth on any particular schedule shall be deemed disclosed in reference to all applicable schedules.
