Representations and Warranties Regarding Government Contracts. (i) With respect to each Government Contract and Government Bid, within the past six (6) years:

Representations and Warranties Regarding Government Contracts. (i) Each Current Government Contract is in full force and effect and is valid, binding and enforceable against the Company and, to Seller’s Knowledge, against each other party thereto. There is no reasonable basis to believe that any Current Government Contract shall not remain in effect after the Closing in accordance with their terms. There exists no material breach, default or violation on the part of the Company or, to Seller’s Knowledge, on the part of any other party to any Current Government Contract nor has the Company received written notice of any such breach, default, or violation.
