Representations and Warranties Upon Requests for Advances. Each request for an Advance will be a representation and warranty by Borrower that all of the representations and warranties in this Article 5 and in the other Loan Documents are true, correct and complete as of the date of the Advance request and as of the date that the Advance is made, except to the extent such representations and warranties specifically refer to and earlier date, in which case they shall be true and correct, in all material respects, as of such earlier date.

Each request for an Advance will be a representation and warranty by Borrower to Lender that all of the representations and warranties set forth in this Article 5 and in the other Loan Documents are true, correct and complete as of the date of the Advance request and as of the date that the Advance is mademade and, except in each such case as otherwise disclosed to the extent such representations Lender and warranties specifically refer to and earlier date, approved by Lender in which case they shall be true and correct, in all material respects, as of such earlier datewriting.
